Security Consultant Level II: Provides expert consulting services; performs functions at the highest levels; interacts with senior officials and policy makers. His/her functions include, but are not necessarily limited to, services such as: recommendations and writing organizational policy and procedure documents; setting guidelines for curriculum development and training; evaluating risk management and assessment methodology; preparing and conducting high-level briefings; conducting research; preparing reports and special studies. The Security Consultant Level II must have security experience in the following disciplines: technical, physical, information, personnel, operational, counter-intelligence, anti-terrorism, counter-terrorism, counter-surveillance infrastructure protection, or industrial security programs.

Technical Security Specialist: Designs integrated security systems, for a wide variety of applications and facilities.
